Is my izzo waterproof?
Do you offer a warranty?
izzo offers a lifetime warranty for all products that are associated with an original izzo Kit (Brush Heads, Polishing Heads, Flossers, and Paste excluded) and refill plan during an active subscription of 3 fulfillment cycles or more. For items not associated with an izzo Kit and an active refill plan, your product(s) will be covered under warranty for 2 years from date of purchase.

What does my Lifetime with Subscription or 2-Year Warranty cover?
If your izzo toothbrush has manufacturing defects, izzo will repair or replace it free of charge. Please note, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, not product misuse or lost items. While we will provide support and assistance for all issues, this Warranty covers the replacement of any defective elements within the izzo toothbrush system (for example, if you have a defect with your Charging Base, we will replace the Charging Base only).
What my Lifetime with Subscription or 2-Year Warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product, such as scratches or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accident, misuse, dirt, or water
- The product being tampered with
- Improper use
- Repairs carried out by agents not authorized by izzo
- Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
- The product being altered or used for commercial or other purposes outside of oral hygiene
In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send back items for testing. If we do not receive these requested products, we will not be able to replace future items for warranty requests.
Only izzo products purchased through our website and authorized retailers are eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. In order to move forward with warranty coverage (including replacements), you must have an izzo account.
Please note we are only able to offer warranty replacements for the original item purchased.
If there are any outstanding disputes of payments, orders, or charges associated with your information, this will void your warranty until they are removed or resolved.
