Impossible to Cancel
Despite several attempts to cancel my subscription, Izzo decided to send me another refill pack and charge me. I hate it when companies treat their customers this way.

Unhappy Customer
I have contacted izzo two times with no reply on my defective izzo toothbrush. Battery won’t hold a charge , plus the toothbrush turns off and on, by it’s self.

My subscription
Well I never received my February refill and I emailed twice and called once and was told I would receive it within a week. I never got it. I then received my normal refill for May. You still owe me for the charge on my card or send me my refill. Thank you
